My HEART BABY BLANKET is an easy knitting pattern. Perfect for beginners who want to start knitting projects with more than one color 🙂
The pattern has detailed explanations to work with more than one color using Intarsia technique and some “under constuction” photos of the same blanket on the photos that will help you during your knitting.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
❖ Stroller / Baby size
Width: 24’’ (61 cm).
Length: 31.5’’ (80 cm).
❖ Crib size
Width: 45’’ (114 cm).
Length: 60’’ (152 cm).
(You can easily modify these measures. If you need help with this, feel free to contact me!)
MATERIALS
– 1 straight needle US 15 (10 mm) for Cast on and Bind Off
– 1 pair of straight needles US 13 (9 mm) for Stroller size OR 1 US 13 (9 mm) circular needle for Crib Size. The circular needle is used to accommodate the large amount of stitches; you’ll knit the blanket back and forth on the needle. The pattern includes a tutorial to show you how to knit back and forth in a circular needle if you never did it before.
– Super Chunky / Super Bulky weighted yarn (OR worsted / aran yarn USED DOUBLE).
– Tapestry needle to loose yarn ends and scissors.
GAUGE / TENSION
10.5 stitches and 14 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stocking stitch
TECHNIQUES USED
CO: cast on
P: purl
K: knit
BO: bind off.
