I am so thrilled to finally welcome you to the new home of Oh La Lana!
Over the last few months, I’ve been working behind the scenes to create a more organized, accessible, and inspiring space for our community of makers. Whether you are here for our community Knit-A-Longs, looking for a specific Alphabet block, or wanting to sharpen your skills in our new Knitting Academy, this space was built with your creative journey in mind.

What’s New?
- The Academy Foundation: Our new layout prioritizes our technical tutorials. Whether you are learning to join blocks or master a twisted yarn over, these resources are now easier to find and follow.
- High-Contrast Everything: As many of you know from my recent update on Ravelry, I am transitioning all my knit-and-purl charts to a new high-contrast “Block Colour” system. This makes them much easier to read on tablets and phones, and more accessible for knitters with vision changes.
- A “Friendly” Experience: The new theme is designed to be fast, clean, and easy to navigate on your mobile devices—perfect for when you’re on the couch with your needles!
- I updated my About page: meet the face behind the stitches!
