2019 Projects at A Glance + Support

ohlalana 2019

Hello my dear knitting friends!

After all the hard work of 2018, I wanted to share with you my goals and schedule for 2019. I’m ready to start!

Please check out the information about Patreon at the end of the post.

Love,

Cecilia

PS to my followers by email: don’t worry, I won’t spam you 🙂 I finally learned how to disable notifications (that’s why you didn’t receive the last ones of my “Stitch Library” series); you’ll never get more than 2 emails per week. Please leave me a comment below if you want to know more or if “2 emails per week” sounds like a lot to you.

OH LA LANA!’s PATREON PAGE

Some of you asked me how to contribute financially to my work, which made me think that maybe it is time to do this.

Therefore, to help me fund the content that I will be putting out on a two per week basis, I launched my Patreon page. If you are interested (and have a few dollars to spare), you can read more about it here.

If you don’t know what Patreon is, let me explain while sharing the words of Jack Conte (CEO of Patreon): “this is literally the best time ever in the history of humanity to be a creative person.” Internet provides us with a lot of possibilities, a lot of “channels to express ourselves and to give our art and reach people, and we’re the first generation that’s ever had access to that stuff. It’s amazing.” He explains that Patreon “is about getting paid for the value that you’re giving the world. Getting paid for the work and the late nights and the early mornings and the blood, sweat and tears you pour into your art. That’s what joining Patreon means.” I couldn’t have said it better!

  2. Yes it will. But fun too, at least for me!

My son will start his high school in March and will be away from home almost all day. Not only will I have more time to work, but I will also keep as busy as possible so I do not miss him so much 🙂
